This is a deceptively simple game that gets a lot of laughs once it gets going and it can be played with any group that can count from one to ten.
REASON FOR PLAYING:
Lots of fun; concentrating and listening skills
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
None
HOW TO PLAY:
The object of the game is simlpy to count from one to ten (or more if the group can manage it) as a group.
One person says "One"; someone else says "Two"; someone else says "Three" and so on. There are no rules about which order people speak in fact people need to speak randomly.
NOTES:
An ideal number of players would be between 6 and 15.
We've played this in languages other than English and it works just as well.
We normally play this as a sitting-down, circle game but I remember playing it in Japan with some youngsters during a mealtime - we had lots of fun and we also managed to get noodles everywhere !!
